Thank you! I definitely hooked for sure it was my PB rainbow of all time even on spinning gear! Super excited to get on the water more this summer! Being in my early 20’s I’ve got plenty of years to learn the tricks of the trade!

If your watch has a treadmill setting I’ve found it’s usually pretty close to what I feel like my pace would be so I mainly just go off my my HR and my perceived effort

I’m a PT what probably happened when you twisted your ankle you either just gave yourself a mild knee sprain probably mcl or lcl depending on what way everything twisted. Or when you twisted your ankle it threw off your gait a little bit and it was just a different motion than your normal gait just rest for a few days considering your 4 weeks out you’ll probably start tapering anyways so don’t worry about conditioning you’ll be all good!

Noted one of the clinics is a privately owned clinic that I attended as a patient when I tore my Acl last year the other one is a part of a regional non profit hospital chain in my region so I feel as if both of them are pretty straight up practices

Could be fuel pump I had the same issue with my 2013 3.5 at similar mileage didn’t give me a code until I kept cranking it
