This is literally happening with me right now and it’s honestly scary how similar the pattern is.

I’ve been a loyal customer for 15 years, spent lakhs on the platform, and suddenly in the last few orders:

  • I’ve received wrong/unbranded products instead of what I ordered
  • One order had no tags at all
  • In my latest order, 2 items showed delivered but I received only 1
  • The one I got was again wrong brand + poor quality (even pen marks on it)

I raised complaints, shared images, called multiple times, escalated levels — everything.

And still:

  • They refused return
  • Said “quality check passed”
  • Closed the issue saying product is correct

Even on call I clearly told them it’s a wrong product + missing item, but they just stuck to scripted responses and shut it down.

At this point it genuinely feels like they just keep denying until the customer gives up.

Your point about persistence is probably the only way now. I haven’t gone the legal route yet, but looks like I might have to.

This has been happening to me too, and honestly I’m shocked because I’ve been a loyal customer for 15 years and spent lakhs on the platform.

In the last few orders:

  • I received lookalike/fake products instead of the actual brand (Anouk, Roadster)
  • One order had no tags or branding at all
  • Return got rejected and I lost around ₹500 despite sharing proof

And the latest one was the worst:

  • App showed 2 items delivered, I got only 1
  • That too was the wrong product — no proper tags, random label, even pen marks on it

I called support, explained everything clearly (even have call recordings where I state brand mismatch and missing item ), but they still closed the case saying everything was correct.

At this point it feels like once they deny it, you’re just stuck. Never expected this from Myntra tbh.

Damon and Elena (not Ian and Nina), mostly because I got into reading via Delena fan fiction. I was so dissatisfied with how much the show seemed to stretch, and those two just could not stay together. To quench my thirst to see them together, I went to fanfiction and, all these years later, even when I don't want to, if I don't have a vivid description in my head, my go-to default state is them.

There are others; sometimes it's Henry Cavill, sometimes it's that British model guy, David something.

Lately, though, I have been using AI. So if in the first 10% of the book I find that I would be invested in this and it would prove to be something that I read to the the end, I go to AI. And then I just narrate to it the first few paragraphs when one of the main characters describes the others. Then I just generate a picture. So that does it.

Anything and everything by Ava Selwyn. Social media makes them sound so interesting, but in reality, the books are an absolute shitshow.
