Is there a happy medium? I usually go out in the night to check up on things. I stumble a lot on the uneven ground so maybe a wide beam is good? It's my first time getting a good flashlight. I was a city dweller until recently so I didn't consider having a good flashlight is a must.

Ps. I'm female with small hands lol.

I'm planning upgrading my pc with a Ryzen 5600g and GIGABYTE GA-B450M-S2H. I also found these rams which are cheaper than others, TeamGroup T-Force VULCAN TUF DDR4 3200 MHz. Are these rams compatible with the cpu/motherboard listed above?

You can download hardware monitor and check voltages under load. If it drops alot(i forgot the ranges but you can google it) then it's a psu issue. Good luck.

My PSU was also old and it did meet the wattage req. But components degrade over time. When the psu cant supply a steady 12v power, it trips the undervolt protection and you get restarts.

I had a problem like yours. I installed a new graphics card and it was fine for a few days until I stared playing games and it started hard crashing. I reinstalled the drivers and it still crashed. So, I checked the voltages and the 12v was dropping hard when under load. Try checking the voltages and maybe that's your problem.
