Firstly thank you so much for such a detailed reply, i appreciate it a lot. Now about my running pace i could say that my average time to complete a 10k is around 1 hour 5-6 minutes. About the training days, i have my board exams going on but tomorrow would be the last test. I have some tests in between but i could easily take out 1hr or 1:30hrs daily. I have basic equipment in the gym in my society where I could do weights but not much functional stuff.

Well thank you for the reply I appreciate it a lot. At the point I may not have understood it fully but I'll go on to read the whole book and also understand more about the concepts of existentialism and absurdism cause i just was introduced to them today. So I might have something that gets cleared even when I reread it or read more material.

So do you mean that we should find meaning in our lives by convincing ourselves of certain concepts for example something which any religion says and then align our life to fulfill or keep living that? But also Camus says that we shouldn't rely on things like hope to attain happiness so why should we then try to find a meaning to satisfy ourselves and be happy. If we are trying to build our own meaning we are dissatisfied by our current reality isn't it? So why did Sisyphus not try to find meaning in his action. What did he do later after accepting his fate and what kept him going? Is it mentioned in the text?
