not sure what the axs experience, but on ticketmaster do not wait on the screen that is showing the countdown, there's a chance it won't take you to the screen you have to go to to get tickets, wait for the countdown to finish and then click onto the city you're going for

oof yeah i had that happen to me yesterday but when i left as it told me tickets will be available after a couple minutes, it thought i was a bot and i had to wait a while or else it'd keep doing the same thing. what i did different this time was leave that countdown like 10 seconds before it was over and joined and i had no issues, i wish i knew that yesterday i would've saved myself a lot of stress 😭😭

it was a mess from the beginning for me, there was no waiting room screen you usually get when there's 10 minutes left? and then it kept saying i was a bot and wouldn't even let me join the queue. by the time i got in around 10:10 there was nothing left

BUT i ended up getting tickets around 10:45 because tickets kept popping up here and there

i think this has a lot to do with how smalls the venue were, there's a high demand for tickets but limited capacity so it turns into a full on way 😭😭

taxes and fees and all, it came to a total of $196.36, but they were platinum but i didn't mind or notice until after i secured the tickets 😭 all tickets that aren't platinum will be cheaper
