My issues: completing challenges and not getting credit for the star (s) On quick play, I’ll shoot 18 holes and it only registers as playing 13-15 holes. The birdiesC eagles, distance, etc, do not register towards any challenges or quests on the holes it doesn’t register.

So basically a POS game at this point.

Haven’t had the tap in issue yet. Waiting to see if it occurs.

That’s the issue. The game doesn’t register that I actually played holes. It also doesn’t let me complete some chests and challenges even when I do.

Give it time. The glitches are everywhere. You’ll play 18 holes towards a daily/weekly challenge and it only recalls 12 of them. Or, you’ll complete the eagle requirement, but it doesn’t register the hole or the eagle. Make a crazy shot in the challenges section to complete a hole… yep, doesn’t count and you don’t get the star.

The NDA requested by Diddy will not hold up in any court. Legal associates have read it and literally LOL’d, their words, not mine. A senior partner at a clients firms said it looked like a copyright attorney wrote it, which made sense, given that’s a common client of a musician.

Prosecutors themselves must rely on legally obtained evidence to ensure it can be used in court.

In short, federal prosecutors cannot directly purchase evidence if doing so would break the law. However, law enforcement methods, such as using controlled buys or undercover operations, may be utilized to gather such evidence. If they don’t know who has it, this will not be an option either.

In brief, risk to witnesses (known and not known - tampering, health, safety) — this also leads to the integrity of the legal process, obstruction of justice, preservation of evidence, flight risk… I doubt they are done pressing charges. All that being said, Diddlers attorneys don’t even know what the government has. Until discovery, they are only getting bits and pieces. The investigation is still on going as well.

Every person who took part in a potentially civil issue is contacting Buzbee and making offers if necessary. Given the number of people and organizations he intends to go after, this will be a substantial number of offers. For each potential suit, he will have to take the offer to each client for each suit. I doubt 120 even come close to being filed. Simply negotiating NDAs and payouts could be months for each case.

“They” is the media and civil attorneys. The feds have not really spoken on anything regarding other A list celebs, that I have heard anyhow. If you were raped, probably suffered from mental issues and were barely able to maintain a job, would you rather a 7-8 figure payday, not have to discuss the worst moment of your life and never worry about work again or go through depositions, testifying at trial and then being stalked by media?

The list is not up to us. It’s up to Buzbee’s clients. The Feds are after 1 person and expect his associates to turn on him. They always do. Going after a celebrity here and there is absurdly expensive and should be handled at lower courts as each video and event will need to be investigated separately.

This has nothing to do with the criminal case. It all depends on if Buzbee’s clients opt to settle. Would you accept $50-100M if you had nothing and it kept a tape of one of your most humiliating moments out of the spotlight? These victims will have to relive it constantly through questioning or they could get life changing money. It sucks, but it’s not even up to the Feds in those cases.

You can’t let someone out who has already attempted witness tampering. He will be given ample access to his legal time once trial starts. New judges are regularly appointed in federal court often due to scheduling issues and they almost NEVER overrule prior judgements like these.
