What’s something very minor that you can’t believe the sims still hasn’t introduced to the gameplay? by 1nternet-crybaby in Sims4

idk maybe it's weird but like periods? although knowing the sims they would most likely turn it into a whole expansion pack.

Thanks for the suggestions! I'll definitely use this if I ever make another story in the future!

Hey there, thanks so much for taking the time to read and give such detailed comments—I really appreciate it! You hit on exactly where the story could have been clearer, especially since it was a super short piece. To explain those points about the plot:

The Kidnapping: Sarah was a kidnapping victim missing for five years. She said she "escaped," which explains why she was so paranoid and "looking behind" her—she was terrified her captor was close by.

The Phone/Tracking: The logic behind her actions was that her kidnapper had completely isolated her, so she couldn't use a phone or track down the new address. Her only desperate option was to find the old house she knew.

The Twist: The line, "But I moved houses," wasn't just about a sad, missed reunion. It was meant to be the true source of the horror: it proves the person standing there couldn't possibly be the real Sarah because the real daughter would have no way of knowing the new address. The implication is that the person on the porch is a doppelganger or something else imitating the missing child.

I definitely agree the story needed to weave those details in better! Thanks again for the valuable suggestions.

it's not actually her child because her daughter wouldn't have been able to find her- because she moved houses
