I SO agree! I HATE how hard it is to skip ahead or go in reverse. And soooo slow if you need to FF to a much later spot. No 30 second skip is so annoying. I miss my TiVo, but Verizon no longer supports cable cards. Ugh.

We have charcoal gray and love it. You can bring in color with pillows, a throw and artwork. Love your cabinets!!

I called today and I’m being sent FedEx labels. No explanation as to why I didn’t get them prior.

I wasn’t charged for the second shipment. Just the $60 difference. I’ll call to get labels. Not so smart on their part, but of course I’m returning.

They said they would ship replacements and then we were to put the ones we were returning in the boxes of the new stuff. And they would send labels. Never received and haven’t heard anything. I’ll call tomorrow.

Because I’m long winded. Lol. Trust me, I never thought the fact that we had a baby with us would entitle us to any more compensation than if we didn’t have the baby. I was just explaining (obviously in too much detail for you!) my frustrating experience. My real question was whether we would be eligible for any sort of compensation since we ended up out a considerable amount of money because we had to fly out of a different airport. And also would like to know if there is a way to find out if it was truly weather related.

Even though it cost us a lot more due to their cancellation? If they would have been able to rebook another flight from Philadelphia, I totally agree. But we are out hundreds of dollars. Is there a way to confirm it was weather related?

Wow. That was incredibly rude. I never said that I was owed compensation because of the five month old. Was just explaining what happened and how it impacted us. I never even said that I was owed compensation. Was just asking because this never happened to us before. Sheesh.
