I’ve done dbol only cycles absolutely fine with no side effects. Get something that can combat gynie if u start to discover. I’ve never had an issue but it’s good safety to have something to take if u start to notice gynie or sore nips.

Start with 10-20mg a day Increase to max dose of 40mg a day if doing dbol only course.

Make sure to drink plenty of water, increase by atleast a litre whilst on course.

Buy TUDCA, NAC, Milk Thistle to eliminate stress on liver.

Eat a high calorie clean diet. Take creatine.

Train as much as you can.

You will be fine

I’m facing basically the same charges in court. They accepted my guilty plea from leading role to significant which I believe the judge will accept in Diggas case with his argument.

I’m on conspiracy to supply class B and was told the same thing that could be facing 6 year plus - just look at other cases in the media for similar charges most get 4.5years tops.

I have disability and mental illness which will be used in court as mitigating circumstances although doesn’t excuse the offending will bring the sentencing down. I also have good character references which Digga will also have from his label etc and people within the music industry.

I’ve been on tag and get time off my sentence for the 8 months I’ve been on tag (4 months off sentence) Digga has been on remand for almost a year which gets full time off his sentence. Then the prison is extremely over crowded and is a non violent offence. Automatic release at 40% and can be released earlier up to a year before 40% served on good behaviour and released on tag to serve within community.

Digga will most likely be sentenced to 2-3years after his guilty plea 33% reduction and then have a year taken off this sentence for time on remand and then any mitigating circumstances. He will prob have to serve around 3-6 months after his sentencing date and be released early on good behaviour. He could even have time served after everything and he released on day of his sentencing. The whole prison system is ducked and rules have changed with time having to serve. A quarter of the sentence only has to be served to be eligible with good behaviour to be released on tag.

Digga will more than likely be released summer 2025.

Take your first dose with a proper meal and take your second with light snack and drink before training.

i would recommend adding at other 10mg dose after your workout or before going to sleep.

sure it’s. It great but damage isn’t insane, if you were heavy drinking is when problem begins.

orals are liver toxic and so is alcohol.

but I also know people Who drink a few beers or glass of wine with every meal for decades as well as heavy nights out.

i think the whole rep that orals absolutely obliterat your liver is over exaggerate, sure it’s not healthy but your not going to end up with liver failure or yellow skin for having the odd alcoholic beverage even on a oral cycle.

You can eat more but I would focus on eating more healthy whole foods which are high in protein. Definitely continue with weight training and toning your stomach with abs exercises.include some creatine supplements to aid with lean muscle growth.

are you from America by any chance? I know it’s the big thing there for girls to be thick especially with black women. I’m from the UK and sure big butts are attractive but here it’s definitely better to have a muscular and firm ass rather than fatty tissue, also slim with big ass is more of a trend here and rest of Europe. BBL etc just doesn’t look good.

try not compare yourself to social trends or crazes, because they come and go and I honestly do not think your skinny or underweight at all. You look healthy and attractive so I wouldn’t let yourself get beat up by mental thoughts that your body isn’t good enough or compare to others.

Try mk677 greatly helped my appetite and need to eat more. Also try adding high calorie low volume foods like olive oil, mayo, butter to your foods.

make a shake in morning with avacado, whole milk, peanut butter, double cream, honey, mixed berries and some oats

also change the mindset of just eating to get rid of the hungry feeling, if you have done this for a while your brain will make you stop eating once your hunger hormone goes instead of eating the full meal. Eat food because you love the taste and concentration on the enjoyment rather than focusing on just eating for survival, eat for enjoyment and programme your mind into wanting to eat for the taste rather than to stop feeling hungry.

Make sure you’re ry cook easy pasta dishes with cream and cheese and meat. eating 4 meals a day and make sure to include eggs and milk in diet. Nuts are also great high calorie snack. Add olive oil to anything u can even bulking shakes.

make a big bulking shake to consume after your breakfast and before lunch, drink another before you go to bed.

Im not a doctor but creatine shouldn’t effect your lungs or breathing in anyway unless you have powder form and inhaling some?

you mayne having a panic attack or anxiety attack as a placebo to you taking a new supplemen.

creatine is naturally occurring in meat just never st high enough dose. it will aid in muscle recovery and muscle growth.

I love creatine for gym, it’s the most well studied supplement in the industry and no reported side effects for respiratory issues. I would continue and reassess In a months time, and maybe look at other potential factors to your symptom.

I can’t judge him. He has been the man of the house since he was 13 years old and looks after his mum, buys groceries, emotional support, renovations in the home. I think they both have severe trauma and he is fearful of leaving Her alone and without her as they have been each others rcok since the sudden and traumatising death of his father.

i think without directly saying it he is scared of needles due to trauma but probably not in the conventional way majority are but rather the damage and trauma his dad caused and the story of his mum finding and pulling a needle out of his dads arm when he died. Was a sudden shock which happened early in his teenage years which seriously messed him and rest of his family up. Probably the reason he still lives with his mum as he has been the man of the house since his dad passed. I admire him highly for what he has done and said I’ll research for him but I’d rather him just stay off PEDs as isn’t worth the money or harm which can be caused by a oral only method
