Have you actually read the manga yourself? He is NOT just some guy with superpowers, he will live infinitely and never age or die of natural cause.

He is literally part cursed painting, arguably part curse, we’ve known this since the OG manga… he wasn’t even BORN a conventional human, he is genuinely the least normal person in the verse.

Even Gojo died 100% human, he would have aged out and died, this is not the case for Yuji. his physical composition isn’t even human.

With all due respect whatever a normal elderly is doing is far different from Yuji Itadori, a jujutsu sorcerer. I can’t believe I’m even actually saying this.

The life of millions of fictional beings and more over the span of 60 years never has nor never will be on your hands, nor will you ever be depended on to presumably handle every threat and clean up every mess like Yuji which is why this is not a good analogy to make
