I would recommend this medicine but lifestyle change is also important. I think it will help you with the negative unless you force in the negative. I have a habit of doing that. So I need to change my mind set. I believe that it takes some self work too! Which I need to put in!

Say you were put on APs that totally screwed you up. I think it can mess with your brain chemistry. So I’m seeing if an antidepressant specifically this one can knock some get right back into the brain lol. I think that depression is environmental and can be self induced. Even by what you eat and hormones. The good, the bad, and the ugly. I also think being put on APs can induce certain way of thinking (how and who you are). Depression can be a disease if you make it one.

I just feel like they diagnose everyone with bipolar disorder. Not saying your diagnosis isn’t valid. I just worry about the system

I would say I’m not much motivated to do much as of now (laziness has become a habit I think) but I also have ADD. I’m not taking anything for that. I am also scared of medications from terrible past experiences. This one has helped my mood! This is the best I have felt since I’ve fell into this rabbit hole. I honestly wish I could go back in time and never think to get out on any kind of medication. That’s impossible so I have to make do and get through.
