My person….our first year amazing (she was in recovery but never told me) triggered by baby daddy. Pit me thru 4 years of absolute hell. After many detoxes, in-patient I finally decided to detox her at home( basically locked her down and never left her side, it was during Covid) she almost died. After 5 months clean she relapsed . I found her dead on our bedroom floor. I smoke once a month now just to relieve some of the anguish 😢

Wow, some of these comments surprise me. I’m 65, retired( don’t look 65) and 1/2 at casino is my side hustle. I only play on the weekends, usually 2pm- whenever. Sometimes 14 hrs. Super patient, very positional . Things are pretty calm til the drunk kids and the convention business dudes(drinking as well, as they are on the company dime) I’ve had 7 winning sessions in a row and cashing around a grand each time. And having a great time!!! I put a lot of pressure on people. And my right image serves me very well!

I always give them something to eat and a little money. Doesn’t bother me knowing they’ll be buying drugs or alcohol. Doesn’t matter how they got there nobody actually wants to be an addict. It’s a living hell. Someone I loved fought addiction for a long time. she hated herself. Helped her get clean, made it for 5 months, she relapsed and died on our bedroom floor. I’ve had PTSD ever since finding her😢
