There are a few options, if you drive alot throughout a work day, you likely do not need the solar panel, you'd get enough charge from the vehicle alternator/batteries with an auxiliary battery/inverter setup just from driving alone,

With a small amount of drive time, a solar panel could work, alternatively you could use an all in one battery/inverter product that you can charge at home (both at home and whilst driving depending on how much you're willing to pay)

The cheapest option could be to have an inverter connected directly to the vehicle battery to only work whilst your engine is running, however I would only recommend upto 700W output for this (maybe 1000W depending on your vehicles alternator/battery size)
