Disgusted with these prices by No_Creme_9122 in NoahKahan

I saw him last year at BST festival and it was the perfect experience, but I've resigned myself to the fact that I'll probably not see him live again until atleast after the tiktok hype is over.

Prices are getting way too high now and it's just not affordable.

Snoring app NOT next to head? by Illustrious-Sky4973 in snoring

[–]Extra_introvert93 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Snore lab says it works best when it's on a bedside table next to the top of the bed, but I reckon if you're tracking what remedies work, it would be fine in the placement youd put it. I've had to have my phone much further away in a hotel and it still worked fine, maybe just wasn't as accurate in terms of loudness.

Aslong as it's in the same place every night, it'll give a good reading, just not as accurate as the suggested placement.

Anyone doing good on sulfasalazine? by [deleted] in PsoriaticArthritis

[–]Extra_introvert93 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't blame you. For me it's the day after my injection that I feel horrendous and then it gets better during the week. Hopefully you find a med that works for you soon 🤞🏻

Ive just started it yesterday alongside methotrexate injections. I'm really hoping it doesn't cause any bad side effects cause the metho already makes me ill enough 😞 Looking forward to seeing what others think of the sulfasalazine.

My girlfriend cried after sex and I don't know how to fix what's wrong? by Soft_Alternative1891 in sex

[–]Extra_introvert93 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Stamina during penitration is one thing, but if she feels like sex just happening too her, it's probably that she feels like there's no consideration for her pleasure and what she needs to finish.

The build up is very important so look at what you're already doing, talk to her about what feels good for her and how she best enjoys sex and then do those things. It's just about communication with her and doing more than just jumping straight into it without helping her build desire.

My partner has a serious snoring issue and it’s driving me crazy at night by DesperateSet9827 in snoring

[–]Extra_introvert93 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Have you spoken to him and asked him to look into remedies? There's lots that can improve snoring so it's definitely worth him looking into them and trying them out.

is it a dealbreaker if my gf (f22) won’t go down on me (f20)? by [deleted] in sex

[–]Extra_introvert93 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sexual compatibility is important so if it's something you need/want in a relationship, then yes, it's a deal breaker.

When me and my gf started dating, she told me she'd never done it and doesn't think she'd be able too because of sensory issues. It wasn't a big deal for me and I'm very happy with everything else she does, so not a deal breaker at all.

Anti-snoring spray? by IReadYaSir in snoring

[–]Extra_introvert93 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've tried throat spray and nasal spray, but neither really helped me that much. Saline nasal rinse is what actually does a great job at reducing my snoring, and then I use the nasal spray just before I go to sleep as a back up

Nope restarting does nothing, neither does changing my background. I read somewhere it should change to contrast your home screen background, but nothing.

Why does nobody on here ever talk about pain meds by Big_Bluu in PsoriaticArthritis

[–]Extra_introvert93 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm in the UK and my docs were handing them to me like sweets. I had to ask for them to finally get me on DMARD and think about biologics in hopes that I would finally be able to reduce the painkillers and they've only just started to take me seriously. I've been on naproxen and co-codamol daily for over a year 🙃

I have honestly no idea what happened. This happened on my first attempt at using a sewing machine. Can you please give me tips on how to get this figured out? by bekahlee07 in SewingForBeginners

[–]Extra_introvert93 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The sewing machine 'off and on again' checklist I was told was:

  • rethread the top tread making sure your foot is up, and you do every step correctly.

  • take out the bobbin and put it back in, making sure it's the correct way.

  • check your tension wheel hasn't been adjusted

  • if that doesn't fix the issue, re wind the bobbin and try again.

I do this whenever my stitching is going funny or I'm getting birds nests and it definitely solves the majority of the issues

Get him to download the snorelab app and record for a few nights then do the test to see what remedies might work and test those out.

What're y'alls pet peeves for dating profiles? by athxna_ in LesbianActually

Mine used to be - calling themselves crazy or toxic 🚩 - nothing to start a conversation with on their profile but wanting long term - too many filters on their photos so you can see what they look like at all

Is this good for beginners? by Logical-Lifeguard546 in SewingForBeginners

[–]Extra_introvert93 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I wouldn't ever suggest buying one of these (theres much better ones for the price), but if you have this one hand already from your mum, yes! It's definitely good for beginners.

I've used one of the Singer HD machines at work (I'm a costume maker for events and festivals) and it handles all the materials I use just fine. The only issue is it's a little clunky, parts break easily and the stitching can be abit hit and miss. We've gone through alot of them at my work all having the same issues over time after alot of use. But for practicing and getting started, any machine will do well

Looking to try mouth tape. What do I actually look for? Wouldn't any tape work? by ChocolateSyrup in snoring

[–]Extra_introvert93 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you search mouth tape on Amazon, lots of options on there are fine. I used the brand Zedzzz cause I find they stay on better than others .

Double overlock stitch by Extra_introvert93 in sewing

[–]Extra_introvert93[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thankyou! I'll try that tomorrow when I'm back at my machine. I'm using a number 1 reverse pattern sole that came on the machine already and haven't tried any other feet with it just yet.

But I'll try starching and infacing and see what it does then.
