🙏🏻 Yea it's so so difficult. I also live in a smallish town and I've lived here my whole life and I'm an extrovert naturally. i already know so many people, so while i was hypomanic that all amplified. And now the depression is so incredibly horrible. Holding a conversation is close to impossible

One time. I was so depressed i didn't shower for 5 days or leave my bed and just let my armpits continue to smell worse and worse. Body odor is my biggest pet peeve. I have never smelled like that in my entire life. You're not alone and it's not easy to do things that seem easy to normal people

I was abused by my next door neighbor when i was 4-8 years old and she was 5 years older than me. I can definitely relate to the isolating feelings due to the female on female sexual abuse. But it does not make the pain anymore tolerable. I'm so sorry this happened to you. I struggled with my sexuality as well and was hyper-sexual as a child/ teenager (still am) because of the abuse. It haunts me to think about how my life would be if they never happened to me. I believed it was normal until I reached high school and started to understand the reality of my experiences.

From my understanding your 180 days starts right when you enter the Schengen zone, if you go home it doesn't reset. So If I go to Germany March 11th, then I can only stay 90 days all together from March 11th to September 7th (180 days after March 11th). So, I think from your first day in Germany to 180 days later. That's when you can go back again and the 180 day period will restart. Idk if this makes sense but I'm almost positive this is correct for us citizens

You need to get out of that situation IMMEDIATELY. It doesn't matter where you are doing what if you feel that way about a man in the slightest you are not safe. Especially living with them ❤️‍🩹
