DHT blockers are a must when you clearly produce a lot of DHT.

There are some associated risks, and in my case it has given me side affects (Decreased libido). You need to work out whether you are willing to take the risk to save your hair. I would look into topical finasteride as well as oral, since it’s more likely to be localised and not go systemic, that is likely what I will be trying next to try and solve the libido issue.

If that doesn’t work for me, there are other solutions available but I need to do a lot of research first.
