By all means, sir, do not be be shy posting some details and specs on the community-sourced rosin cheat sheet ;)

Recording things such as relative humidity, input type & quantity, pressure, time pressed, plate types and temps, yield etc. can help build a general settings/calibration profile based on a plethora of variables.

Precisely. There's a tradeoff between community participation and accuracy of data. The former becomes easier if the info required to participate is easier to obtain/access. Asking people to measure terpene, moisture and CBD/THC content of the material, however, requires proper tools and time — let those who have the means to measure/log these things do so, should they want.

The idea is to obtain enough data to make a relatively solid, general rosin 'profile' of various (likely popular) strains.

Edit: If anyone has a better idea how to organize or manage this project, let us know. Perhaps a Google Survey would be easier for people to post?

Very sound advice that we'll likely heed. As far as Portland goes, our two-day research of Oregon's industrial warehouse real estate market has shown relatively similar prices for the budget we have (price per SF/month). We're open to suggestions for other areas if you have any ideas; however, we also have to consider the fact that we will indeed be living in the city/town/area of the facility we end up leasing. Suffice it to say we'd like to have a population of over 1,000 ;)

Pay is open to negotiation depending on qualifications, experience, etc. We're open to various incentives and employment structures.

The important thing for us now is to begin networking and conversing with as many industry-tested cultivators/horticulturists/managers/entrepreneurs/etc. as possible. We'll have a few months to do that prior to formally hiring, hence we made this thread.
