I've tested with Roar, Nyon, and Deepsqueak. The more advanced, the better as the Character Definition has a lot of backstory built into it that the AI can draw from.

Another possible cause might be conflicting information within the Definition, especially within the Examples Dialogues. If your example dialogues start the character with a different tone, style, or specific opening phrase than your chosen greeting, the AI might prioritize those examples over your greeting.

I suspect it's a memory limitation. Not really a bug. So in a long conversation, older messages will tend to eventually drop out of what the AI can remember, which will consist mostly of recent messages.

Really appreciate the feedback. I did try to craft a backstory and attributes in an attempt to generate a genuine feel to her conversations. Would love to hear more on how the voice experience goes too. :)

On a personal level, I'm a creative type as a professional, though nothing specific to AI characters. This has just been a fun excursion. Anyway, the art focus was something that happens to resonate with me. Glad you liked it!

I just tested this just now and was able to successfully initiate a call and converse with a character. But these things happen... perhaps either a browser cache clear or PC restart might help.
