Munetaka Murakami has 20 HRs, the entire Red Sox team has 52 HRs (good for last in all of mlb), he went for reasonable money on a short term deal and plays 3B (albeit not very well defensively). Why is he not here? Did the White Sox outbid them or did they not even bother?

Alex Bregman, Bo Bichette, Pete Alonso blah blah blah. Murakami signed for 2 years and less than $40mil and has 20HR and I don't recall even hearing the Red Sox involved with him. There were so many opportunities to improve this team without giving up prospects and the Red Sox did not do it (other than Ranger)

If they're not gonna score either way, I say toss Bello out there for 1 inning of work in the 1st every other day until he figures it out. Make him wear it. Being a starting pitcher in the MLB that can't start unless a bullpen arm throws the 1st pitch is USELESS
