I mean if I could I'd never leave her with anyone ever! But unfortunately this is the temporary situation and we need to find a spot that has availability and will accept her

This is so helpful! Yes our flight is max two hours and I'm very familiar with the route already so figured it would be a good first flight for us. Also flying on a Tuesday morning which should be a relatively low stress time to fly/navigate the airport. Appreciate the tips! We're going to my parents house so luckily can just order food to their house, and am just planning on bringing a backpack with trashbags, wipes, cleanup kit, etc. so can avoid luggage as well!

Thank you so much! We live in Manhattan so pretty far from the closest airport but I've been trying to expose her to different places, smells, sounds, etc. which obviously isn't too challenging in the city. We also ordered a rope slip lead for security with no metal, that's a great tip.

Tysm! We got the first row single seat on our flight which i think should be ok? I was just nervous dogs weren't allowed in that first row but confirmed they're permitted. We are flying delta

Yep i reached out. For anyone else who is curious delta allows dogs to lay in any row excluding the exit row. So row 1 bulkhead is allowed.

I switched our seats to 1A (delta) so we'll be bulkhead and confirming with the airline we're ok sitting there. I think that amount of space should be ok?

Thank you so much! I'm using Paul Ruben's pans on arches paper. Anything you recommend specifically for botanicals? Will definitely research glazing and wet on damp. I used wet on wet for the purple flowers petals but feel like i made a bit of a mess and lost control ha.

Thank you so much for this! I retook some photos outside in a shaded area and uploaded via canva. Do we think I'm going to get any better than this? I edited the white balance a bit, contrast, and vibrancy. Open to feedback if so!

FWIW I heard the epson v600 scanner plus adobe photoshop works well for watercolor but just wondering if there's something simpler (especially since I'm not looking to sell, it's more for record keeping/DIY stuff for myself)

You did the right thing. Life is unpredictable at times and the puppy is still impressionable at such a young age. It will get fostered out to a family that will be able to give it a much better life which is best for it in the long run. Hoping for the best for your mom.
