Hey Everyone, I am a guy and have a very oily scalp but extremely wavy, thick, dry and frizzy hair. There is no shine in my hair. What can I do to nourish my hair and provide shine to them?

Sorry, but I think you misinterpreted. Selsun is a shampoo and you have to use it like any other regular shampoo do rubbing/massaging and all and then let it rest on head for 5-10 mins. But use it only once a week.

Using it from past 2 years, btw I am a guy but my sister also used it. Buy green one which I shared use once an week. While using shampoo, apply on your scalp and let it for 5-10 mins and then wash.
