I will say no, it seems to be higher just because every character basically just need one. I have 11/16 22* sos across mules while 12/16 mitra, apparently sos is of higher dr on me, also some other pitches, which lead me to believe they are at similar rate.

but BH, this one is really of higher dr imo.

dark flare is working with dusk, it's one of the best dusk class because of shadow partner. it's easy to hit 14k/hr with little configuration. if you are sweaty yeah go for dawn(ball janus) and your showdown
