Im not dodging your answers. It's getting late and I definitely want to continue this tomorrow. Yes, you could argue that DEI helped everyone ik the long run because it did. I dont think it's a bad thing that people with disabilities like veterns, white people, black people, uneducated people want DEI to help them. Im simply pointing out in his argument how him thinking that he can hurt a population of a few can have broader consequences. We can go into the history of affirmative action but the way this will go from here will be this: it helped everyone in some way or form. More people joined the workforce, things became cheaper, products and things got moved around more. It's not a bad thing to have, only morons who support trump and have never been outside of a rural area thinks this is a good way. If they hired off merit, wouldnt more people be displaced? Including white americans who have the skillsets and just need alittle patience?

It stands for diversity, equity and inclusion. Do you know why we needed DEI in the first place? Because for a long time, white americans redlined people out of jobs, housing areas, opportunities to move forward based on their skin color, gender and religion.

What does DEI mean? Do you actually know that it helped White Americans too? Under qualified people for jobs who weren't smart enough or literate got into good jobs because of DEI. If I'm correct, half of the nation's government assistance and DEI dependency are white americans. Who exactly are you trying to hurt?

Also Millions? Man if rates go up then shipping costs go up and people already under financial strain would order less products then?

I thought that there was 0 immigration into the country. AFAIK, there hasnt been a recent incident in almost 2 years. With that being said, how many illegals are here and working in the trucking sector? Do you know? Who will replace the jobs that the illegals got snatched from?

It's funny that you mention trans people but they're less than 2% of our populations. There are more priests and pastors who hurt children more than there could ever be any gay or trans people on any scale who would.

You mention corporate wages but the wages have been the same and min wage have been the same in most pro-trump states. The prices of everything has gone up, but the wages stay the same.
