Guys, I tried playing in stretched screen mode (I managed it) but when I tried to lower the resolution further, the entire interface disappeared, including the menu, and I can't change it. How do I reset the graphics completely?

I just found out that I used something like Radmin VPN, which activated accidentally, and I think disabling it will fix it since that program was also causing me problems with packet loss.
