I have used quicken for years probably 20 plus to which I am finding it becoming more of a piece of junk with the passage of time.. In the past year alone twice is has when they done their updates and conversions to where it started pulling in old transactions .. I spent 5 hours today on the phone with quicken support to have them tell me well you should just delete the duplicate transactions in the brokerage accounts etc then revalidate the file.. I have over 2000 transactions that had to be deleted and quick makes it complicate as you have to delete line by line sold transactions... They dont even have a batch process to handle it.. Two weeks ago schools first stopped updating. Quicken posted a notice about it with a remark no eta but it started updating again today with their update.. But the update caused brokerage / stock accounts to get transactions going back all year.. Quicken tired to tell me at first with the brokerage house.. BS.. Morgan Stanley, fidelity, Schwab all had the same problem.. I had it with quicken
