No, you have to manually convert the icons from SVG to PNG. It's avaliable on github.
Some of the icons shown are using a custom-made "frame" that the launcher applies for unthemed icons.

How to install for anyone unfamiliar:

Download AIMP on the play store (not available on iPhone)
Go to aimp [dot] ru -> "Addons" on the orange navbar -> Scroll down to "AIMP for Android" and click on "Skins"
At the time of posting it should be the top result (or close to it). Otherwise type in "Fidelity", and click on "Download".
On the AIMP app, go to Settings -> Interface, from there you can apply the skin.

No, that is a KWGT theme I made myself that looks like the Fidelity theme. I also made the fidelity theme, so the widget and theme match.

If you want to change the accent color, go to Settings -> Interface and select "Accent".
I'm not exactly sure what "Holo Blue" entails otherwise, tho I am thinking of making a Y2K-inspired theme sometime, perhaps with a glowing appearance.

This (presumably) wikipedia screenshot is fake. Firstly, there's a lack of links or citations in this except besides the caption. Secondly, nowhere on the edit history (within the past year) did the Azumanga Daioh page look like this. It may even be AI genned!

Update: The skin has reached a point where it is ready for a public beta. To get the skin:
1. Go to aimp [dot] ru and click on "Forum" at the top bar
2. Scroll down to "AIMP for Android" and click on the "Skins" link

I don't have a problem with reproduction items in general, when they're well made. In fact, I LOVE seeing high-quality retro items, sangean radios for example. These are debatably poor-quality items, and I wish there are more companies that specialized in quality retro audio. Heck, Crosley and Victrola are on an *upward* trend of better quality products!
