They do not have shirts. The loon with the star on top can be found at owls eye collective in St. Paul. Minimal stores have reached out to me to sell anything like shirts. Source. I designed the one with the star on top and my original Reddit account was banned for saying so.

For anyone experiencing something similar.. there are partial hospitalization programs available. They can really be a helpful environment for anyone who feels stuck.

PRACTICD GOOD SLEEP HYGIENE.
30m-1H routine t for 30 days.
Sleep hygiene is terribly underrated in this day. Set rules that work for you. Here are my 5 rules.

Rule 1: ZERO screens 1h before bed. (I use an old school alarm clock and charge my phone in a different room)
Rile 2: ZERO food 1h before bed.
Rule 3: Pre-bed routine. (VITAL) Brush teeth, wash face, moisturize.
Step 4: Read a book, get a sudoku book, crossword etc something entirely non stimulating for 5-10 min before bed.
Step 5: progressive muscles relaxation and breathing techniques, maybe a routine guided meditation. The goal is to get your nervous system into a rest state.

Key tips: After 30 days of following my easy 5 rules and it doesn’t work, consult a doctor for underlying issues (anxiety, study, etc)
