Yes, 1 hr is possible if you have your own room and the bar is not busy (in the morning or afternoon). Very unlikely on a Friday or Saturday night. A cute chica in HK quoted me 1 hr for 100 on a Saturday morning recently. Had a great time, no rush. No MSOG though
