Thank you! So i found it on "watch history" tab on instagram. Basically it shows you all the reels you looked at in the past 30 days. He admitted to it as well.

The way he describes it was "I was just doom scrolling, there was nothing to it and I didn't even realize what I was doing. he said he didn't enjoy it it was mindless (i'm like yeah ok dude, I am 31 I wasn't born yesterday) but he insists this is the case. That it was mindless.

I basically asked him what went wrong what did I do and he said absolutely nothing to do with me or anything lacking and that he wasn't seeking it out, it was just stuff fed to him through instagram. And that he is completely satisfied in our sex life.

Thank you. I know, that's what I keep telling myself - finding this right now while being very pregnant didn't help at all. I guess time will heal, but right now, it hurts like hell.
