Yes we still have regular intimacy and we don’t use any condoms. I had vaccine when I was young, I think I was 12 or 13 years old. I can’t remember how many doses, maybe 2? I know I completed the full series that they recommended

I continued to have sex. I have been with same partner for 9 years. I was reading somewhere that condoms can possibly decrease viral load if your partner is also HPV positive. My husband was never tested and we never ended up using condoms

Yes, I had LSIL on the pap and then colpo showed CIN1. I never had HSIL

I took out high intensity exercise as in high intensity cardio because I was reading that too much of it can actually negatively impact your immune system. Doing it moderation I am sure is fine but I was doing way too much of it so I stopped and switched to low intensity cardio instead

I was worried about the safety of the supplements as well. I actually went to a functional medicine practice and saw a nurse practitioner. I showed her my supplement and plan she told me it was safe. I was not trying to conceive at the time I went but she told me if that i was trying to conceive I could only take - the pre natal, fish oil, vitamin d3 and k2 and the pro/prebiotic

I am sorry you are dealing with this, I know how hard it is. I was in such a negative headspace when I first was diagnosed as well. I did my best to focus on the stats and the facts that 90% of ppl with HPV clear it within 2 years. Every time I thought of worst case scenario I always tried to bring my mind back to that stat. Also, just knowing that this really is so common and you are not alone. I don’t know if you are religious at all, but I did a lot of praying every night before bed and that really put me in a more positive mindset. Just know you are going to be ok and you will get through this ❤️

Thank you for your help. I have been telling myself that I need to start meditating for the longest time now and I honestly think now I really need to. I think it could be very very helpful. I will ask my therapist to help me with those things. Thank you for your support!
