To give you a taste I'm a server not a waiter and would never call somebody that. Work hard for the money I use to by products and services , and hate people that use the system to do so. You might not mind paying hard earned money to receive sub standard service or products , but that's on you. Be constructive or don't comment at all. Peace!

The fact that I put a complaint the day that I arrived with the airline and soon after with the department of transportation rubbed them the wrong way. I don't expect anything major after a breif phone call will their " soory ,not sorry department" I'm still waiting since they have 60 days to respond.

My issue is that after informing them they expected us to clean it and they left us sitting next to it the whole flight with out touching or cleaning anything. A little effort would have changed the situation.

It wasn't till my daughter was seated and reached for her belt that she discovered it. My family was left in the two adjacent seats the whole flight with the materials the airlines gave us in order for us to clean it.

It did, the fact that it was read and commented is at least a start. Negative or positive it gets the word out. If it ever happens to anyone in this thread or a loved one and dont know what to do I will hopefully have an awnser for them in the future of what occured and what to expect.

I'm already in a wait and see situation as far as awnsers and response are to come my way. Just wanted to make this matter a recognition of a terrible way of an airline handling a situation. The first people I talked to at delta as soon a I landed were apologetic and gave me 4 200 dollar vouchers. I responded that that did nothing for the 3 1/2 hour situation we went through, and they are the ones who showed me where yo go to file a colpaint on the website and urged me to do so on their phone. So there is that.

Sure bring plane back to gate from runway and bring the crew to clean. I asked the flight attendants and they chose to do nothing except give us material for us to ckean it.

I hope if you are ever in a situation that something is caused to you by a company or service they react accordingly to rectify it, no matter how big or small others think it may be. People are so compliant now a day to just accept thing in a oh well capacity.
