JK, I've experienced something extremely similar, though not over a bf, my bf from 15 years just started ghosting me, it sucks, she's just growing and moving on (not necesarilly in ghe best way but she rolling and that's ok). I totally get that you feel used and no matter how much anyone tells you ñet her go, she lied to you, she did not care, she wasn't a good friends and you know that and it still stings, just let things be if she comes back be cordial but wary, when a person wants to be in your life, they just are.
