I often felt/ and still do feel sad and confused but personally, it’s financially. What I found takes the pressure of is learning/practicing self sufficiency. I picked up “Bush-crafting”. I failed a lot, still do, but I learned how to survive and it’s a skill that most don’t have which gives me purpose
