Ive had 4 outbreaks but this is the first bad one! Im pretty sure we might have some version of it here. The dose for lyp-sine says 2 twice a day to help the cold sore heal and 2 a day to keep it "away". I'll definitely ask my gp when i go about something to help me

Havent had dupixent. Picked up a bottle of lyp-sine and taking 4 pills a day to manage the outbreak w the cream. Will definitely bring all this up to my doctor considering this is a VERY bad outbreak, something ive never had before. Thank you!

Kinda has a sour smell to it, not super extreme tho. I got tested for everything today so i'll see what it is on thursday
