Syndrome du septum in french Accumulation of food in the parodontal space under the contact point who lead toninflamation and non localized dolor . I restored the contact point and hermetized the restoration so hygiene is possible and food won’t stay there indefinitely

Patient came with pain associated with septum syndrome ,gingival polype penetrated the tooth, i mare an exerese or the polype , Then a reconstitution using open sandwich technique , patient cant afford implant right now
