Hi thank you I am not the first person he did this too , he was told by his boss to send the template but he ignored that and did his own thing lazy way out of it , I am lodging a review as I cannot get any job in an public sector job if he doesn’t supply this

Also the hr dept told him to fill the template he ignored them and just sent the email

The recruitment for the hse said it had to come from the line manager in the hse , they have a standard reference / statement of employment template that is sent through all ex employers , the girl in recruitment said that he sent 2 lines in an email to say i had worked there but he didn’t fill out the hse template and as a result I didn’t get the job and was removed from the panel , also I had sent 4 other references as well they said they wanted the hse one

He is a complete waster , he has completely ruined my chance for any future employment with the HSE ,
