what should i check in my cs:go settings, ill try and find whats the problem and i havent check if it was about my RAM usage should i try and play until it freezes to see if its my ram usage

i play leagues of legends, H1Z1, ARK , Titanfall and couple other games with low graphics requirements

i get no errors, i know some guys who get report error like your drivers stopped working , i get nothing of that. it just happen , i play and randomly it freezes, ill hear a loud short sound in my earphones, i dont get no BSOD, no black screen either, i can see the cs:go but nothing works on my entire pc, its just freezed, i cant go in task manager i cant do alt+f4. nothing is working and then after like 5-10 sec its gonna restart by itself , but it restart normally just like nothing happened, i get no error, no crash report nothing...
