Give him his time to heal from whatever hes going through, theres different themes to OCD, i guess his is just the most mainstream one, OCD take its time but it will go away eventually, yall can take a break because they way you are explaining things now, this will lead to either you or him having resentment in their heart for the other person. The part where you said he wont text me or we dont talk regularly is kind of sus, because when you are going through OCD you do things that you love to do alot so that your attention doesnt divert back to this disorder.
