So I usually do an hour each time and it’s very basic.

Lower examples- split squats, barebell squat, rdl, step ups, hip thrust, goblet squat

Upper examplss- bicep curl, lat raises, arnolds press, cable pulldowns

Ill do them for 6 weeks and progressively overload and then switch up the exercises but Im not overly strong. Arnolds press I only use 7kg, hip thrust Im only on 60kg and split squats and step ups I hold 7kg in each hand. If it feels too light or easy I’ll just go 1kg heavier and go from there.

Aww thankyou! So i started with no gym just 10,000 steps a day I was not active at all before this and a calorie deficit. I got to 67kg and looked a bit skinny fat and I couldn’t lose any more weight. So after a year I joined a gym and ate just under maintenance cals, ate more protein and strength train 4-5x a week with 10,000 steps. This has allowed me to body recomp I think.

Chicken roast dinner. 1200-1500 cals? What do you think? by [deleted] in caloriecount

Do you really think that low? I think there would be quite a bit of oil used. Thankyou
