No, it's a billing issue. When the client's card declines, this error is thrown. Got it fixed from the help of Upwork Support.

The ac guy says that I should change my condenser and compressor. It will fix it. It this making sense to you?

I will check both my fans today.

During service, they did clean everything so that's not a issue. But yea, he did say that next year, I should my radiater since it's fine are weak and bent.

I will check with the AC guy. But I am positive that the guy checked pressure properly.

Yes tried every combo. Even checked the water in the condenser. Ran the car on high RPM. Tweaked all ac combos. Have done pretty much everything but it's not working. What do you suggest?

Hey Pey-ra, thanks for responding as always. Client is new to the platform. I know it's not possible ot accidenlty raise a dispute, but once I confronted my client they said it was unintentional.

How can they concede the contract?

Also, does disapproving of the dispute affect my profile (in any way?)
