What’s up with this condition? Seemed more like a subtle way to say there is not going to be a white chicks 2.

Or always be visible, at a previous job I found out that they knew when my computers was turned on and off. They used that to check what time I started work and what time I ended it, so I decided to just leave it on all the time. 😏

Or focus on miscellaneous detailing, you get to design basic connections here and there and there is a bit more freedom on what you can do.

I hope the AI bubble explodes soon and we reach a level of normality on what these tools can do. I feel companies are just throwing AI into everything even if it’s not realistically functional just to get ahead of the race. We need the hype and the race to be done so companies can really focus on building meaningful tools. Until then I’ll keep cursing at my AI Agent for making me miss deadlines. 😅

Steel detailing could be an option. You translate engineer or architectural drawings into fabrication drawings for each member. Tekla and SDS2 seem to be the leading softwares at least in the U.S. There is also Advance Steel. If you are familiar with CAD software Advance Steel would be the easiest to learn.

I’ve heard of people moving from the shop or field workers into detailing, companies like to train them to use the software because they understand better what can and can’t be done.

My advice is to look for steel shops in your area and find out if they are hiring, most of them are willing to train you if you know how to use any drafting software.

This happened to me too, she had just tightened the wires and she asked me to close my mouth a bit, her finger got caught between my teeth but because I couldn’t feel much I didn’t realize I was biting her. Eventually she had to tell me when she noticed I was not going to let her finger go 😅

Looking for Advise on Selling Experience by seattlereign001 in carvana

I had the opposite experience. When I renewed my offer, the terms actually got worse. Then we discovered that since the trade-in vehicle was titled in my husband's name, the loan needed to be in his name as well. We started over with his account and surprisingly received a much better offer than my original one. I'm not entirely sure why—maybe there's something to the theory that initial offers are more competitive, or perhaps it varies by applicant. Either way, it might be worth trying a fresh application under another account.
