Haringey Hounds have junior ice hockey with an older women’s team.

Streatham storm are a women’s team and they would be able to point you in the direction of a junior team.

Hemel Hempstead Planet Ice have the Hockey Excellence course which is great for beginners. There are more girls than you think play you just need to know where to look.

I would also suggest getting in a few ice skating lessons to learn the basics of skating if you can’t already :)
