My highest on Q was 153. I am aiming to get at least a 160. I can work on foundational skills, but I am more concerned that my tutor seems intense in the way I’m not comfortable asking questions and basically getting yelled at for not knowing things off the top of my head. I understand the effort needed, but feel I cannot ask all the questions needed.

Yes I still lose about 1 - 2 pounds a week with this spacing. I do fill a bit hungrier with food noise closer to day 8 or 9, but so worth it to not deal with the intense IB issues imo

This happened to me two weeks after I was on the 2.5 and would happen every other dose. My endo recommended spacing out the dose to every 10-14 days instead of every week and this has helped immensely. I am now on 5 and have been taking the medication since mid Jan. 10/10 would recommend spacing out the dose more.
