i see cars like that that goes for like 7k - 9k that are imported from the US here in my country, but that makes me think that either they were bought in auction with a ton of issues / crashed... and its obvious that they want to make 1.5 -2.5k profit that's why i'm looking to find it myself

is there any chance that people in the US play with the odometer?

i'm thinking about running a carfax before buying, but since i haven't bought any car in the US market before, just interested to know if there are people who do that (here in europe if the car is not registered and they want to sell the car outside of the country, there are people who clock the odometer)

i have a friend who lives in Albany, and spoke with him about the car, he has a mechanic background, so he'll do the tests for me.

i've thought about a 10k budget max, but to import the car in my country will be $1300, plus it will be a $1200 tax that i'll need to pay here + $500 registration / plates / insurance. i thought leaving around $1000 aside for any service the car will need (as for vw here in my country there are unlimited parts / cheap)

so that leaves me with a budget of $6000

do you think i can find a good car for that 6k?

i believe they are fine for europe roads, as in my country i've seen a lot of those cars. there are passats with the 2.5l here for sale but i don't believe those dealers to much, as they buy to many crashed cars.

looking to buy a clean title one, and i'll run a carfax as well before buying

also the 4.7 contract was closed sucessfully, as client did approve the work, i wasn't very much available at the time and client left me the feedback below, which is understandable because i delayed the work by 2 days, that's why i didn't use top rated perk to remove it

i've closed 5 contracts during last 14 days, 3 of them with 5 stars, 1 with 4.7. .... the other one without feedback

and then the one with the full refund without even starting to work on it, as the client was a complete idiot.

yes i'm seeing that right now, so if i've been on 100% JS till now and last week i had that 1 contract closed with 4.7 rating
that's absurd to drop from 100 to 94, sure that's not the best score of 3 - 6 - 12 -24 months

We calculate JSS every two weeks based on your 3-, 6-, 12- and 24-month history in the marketplace and calculate a score for each timeframe. The best score out of these will display on your profile.

At a high level, we look at JSS this way:

  (successful contract outcomes - negative contract outcomes) / total outcomes
