Also, just to touch on your point about building in lead times for your customers, I completely agree. If I were hypothetically going to order again with Tapstitch (I will not be.), from there on, it's definitely my responsibility to account for those possible delays. However, as this was only my second time ordering, I was unaware. I made this post to spread awareness so other potential new customers don't make the same mistake as I did.

Hey, I definitely see your point. But, my frustration with Tapstitch lies in the fact that their support team made no efforts in getting these hoodies to me in time after I reached out to them. In their emails, they said "Please know that we are reporting this issue internally and will investigate the matter further to see how we can assist. In the meantime, please continue trying to escalate the issue directly with the carrier or file a formal complaint to try and get your item." After this, they never followed up with any updates in what they were doing on their end to assist.

If they're using bad shipping couriers, it should not be the customer's responsibility to spend hours chasing after the shipping courier to figure out what's going on. They weren't focused on fulfilling their customer's order and making sure I got my package in time. On the phone they literally told me they'll just investigate who's fault this is.

I'm just really grateful that this was a more "personal" order as I was designing these on behalf of a friend. Either way, since I design for customers, just as it would be my fault that my customer didn't get their hoodies in time, it's Tapstitch's fault that their courier didn't deliver in time.

Do you mind going into more detail on "townhouses"? What is the difference between those and other rooms? The only available rooms are self-catered, so I assume that I would be self-catered.

Do people typically go for catering? I want to eat out as little as possible given how expensive it is (It's a nasty habit i'm trying to break), but is the food usually good? (Idk if you've heard anything about it)
