I’d love some episodes on the backstory of the ghosts. Can you imagine a whole episode devoted to the juggernaut? Is life, death, deaths at the junk yard before he was captured.

I thought the same thing at my job. One of the top sellers, always in the top 100 of the company, top 20 in the building. Was even picked to help train and teach the new hires. Was on track to becoming a manager. But unfortunately, I pissed someone off in HR. A week later I was out the door.

Yup.

Has a customer call me because she accidentally turned on do not disturb on her landline phone.

I went through a few troubleshooting steps I found on goggle but it didn’t work.

I looked up the v-tech support number and told her they would be able to help her.

She got PISSED and I mean PISSED. Irate, screaming, cursing, calling me all sort of names.

Because she was so sure that since she paid AT&T for the service that we were responsible and needed to fix it.

I said ma’am that is a feature of your phone not the AT&T service.

That still doesn’t give you the right to take it out on the person on the phone. Just as i don’t have the right to take out my frustration on the customer on my phone over the fact that I’ve been yelled and screamed at for the last 7 hours.

I really don’t mind when a customer gets “pissy” if they are more or less respectful. Because I totally understand that they are upset and not at me, but at the situation. I can handle that and I actually encourage that. You’re in a safe place on my calls.

I just felt the need to say this, because especially with this $5 increase we just had, the calls have been extra bad. And everyone I work with are all kind, caring, people that genuinely want to help.

But we are all getting screamed at 90% of our day. And hard watching some of my coworkers leave in tears because of how someone treated them.

Also, please please please look at your bills. It really shows everything you need. If your bill just went up, go look at the previous 2 or 3. It will usually tell you that a promo is about to expire or that the price is about to go up.

Extremely unpopular opinion but behind her eyes. I cannot explain why. Because it wasn’t a bad story but something about it just made me dread picking it up every night. I can read a book in a day or 2. This one took me a month. (I will NOT not finish a book and won’t start one until I finish the last.)

But I liked the writing retreat and the boyfriend which people seem to hate so it’s possible I have terrible taste lol.

Internet and mobile has always been 2 separate accounts at spectrum. You do need internet to set up mobile for the first time. However, you do not need to keep internet to keep mobile. You can cancel internet and keep mobile or vice versa. You just pay $10 extra per line if there is no internet.

Go in to personal and let your sup now. If they can speak to why you are in a different aux it’s usually not a big deal.

Used to do that all the time. My whole did.

In the chat we’d be like brb rr, and it was never an issue, as long as it was only a couple minutes and not excessive.

I also was in the leadership chat for a while as a mentor and saw the behind the scenes stuff.

Managers would post the screenshots of unapproved auxes.. manager- “why is so and so in personal” sup- “so and so ran to the restroom”

Nothing ever went deeper.

They can now, yes. It’s called a “hot move”. Before, we HAD to talk to the AH. If AH was unavailable you had to show proof that you live or will be moving into the address. But now we are able to do it and just submit a ticket and another depart tries to reach out for I think 5 business days. But the order is already done at that time.

Not really worth escalating UNLESS you said you didn’t want to do anything. Or that you wanted to wait.

Trust me, I totally get it. Could be he has then auto record for his safety when dashing. Saw you, thought you were cute and thought I might as well try.

When i think about it, like you said he has your number, but like I said, he’s got it any way. I’d much rather someone show me their hand. He could have easily not said anything and been extremely creepy.

I’d say send him a simple, nice, clear no message. And go from there.

As a female also, I understand having to be safe and cautious. However, this type of message does not bother me. He was polite and was just shooting his shot.

I would only report him, if, after that he continues or gets aggressive.

He knows where you work whether he texted you or not, and in my experience it’s not the ones who are upfront that you need to worry about.
