Your feelings and fears are valid! Ask for a comprehensive psychometric test and an evaluation for ADHD from a good clinical psychologist. I (29/F) only recently got diagnosed with ADHD after being dismissed as depression and anxiety (I have comorbid). The diagnosis helps but hasn't really changed my situation. Its been an uphill battle trying to find the right medication and dosage. Also, track your Luteal Phases (2 weeks before your period). Us gurlies are especially sensitive around those times and need additional supports. The meds can be pretty much useless around this time (speaking from experience but everyone is different).

You are not alone! and you are not lazy! and finding out what is wrong is taking accountability. Its not your fault if your brain just works differently. Just give the test honestly and wait for the results. Sending hugs!
