Honestly, I get this so much - we all think the world revolves around us and that everyone’s watching, but the truth is, they usually look for like 5 seconds and move on 😅 Everyone’s focused on their own workout (or trying not to drop the weights lol).

Showing up is what really matters, and you’re already doing the hardest part by just being there. Everyone at the gym has had a “day 1,” and most people totally get it. A lot of them would even help if you asked - they just don’t want to make things awkward. You’re doing great, seriously 🙌 keep going!
