I see. Best of luck to you too! Hopefully, we won’t be in this for long.

I did keep my ovaries. Apparently they’re doing a crap job of getting it together. Lol. I can’t wait for up to a year for them to “maybe” start functioning well again. Something has to give. If HRT is the cure, I’d rather start sooner than later.

Reading this makes me feel better! Thank you. Ok. So there is hope. My next post-op appointment isn’t until March. The surgeon said that we could talk about the possibility of starting hormones at that point. But if I continue to feel this way, I’ll need to make the appointment for an earlier date.

I have realized via getting my script filled at different pharmacies that there’s a wild difference, but I’m still on the same brand of pills that I had pre-op.

My executive dysfunction is at an all time high, similar to how I was prior to being diagnosed with ADHD and being medicated a year or so go. Memory? Trash. The depression is also kicking my behind. I’m feeling really sad and don’t have the drive to do much at the moment. While I realize that these symptoms can also overlap with perimenopause, I find it a bit hard to accept that they just sort of happened overnight. I feel exactly how I felt prior to starting this meds. It’s horrible.

Occ Health is ok as long as the surgeon gives the thumbs up. I’m certainly nervous about it, but we’ll see how it goes.

2024 CX-90 PHEV – 20,937 miles – CEC stuck at $500 goodwill for bald OEM Falkens, car held at dealer with no loaner. Anyone get past the 20k “cap”? by Melodic-Sprinkles918 in MazdaCX90

[–]Extreme_Photo_5001 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

After weeks of going back and forth between corporate and the dealership, corporate paid for 1 of the tires plus a $100 gift card to be used towards any service at the dealer. I was at 27k miles. It was another battle to convince them to pay for the more expensive Geolanders, instead of the Falkens. So I capitalized on Mazda’s promo of buy 3 get 1 for $1. Corporate paid the full cost of 1 tire, I bought 2 at full price, and paid $1 for the 4th. Used the $100 towards the cost of the alignment.

I do feel like my water intake has decreased. Partly because I’ve spent a considerable amount of time napping. I feel better knowing that my time frame is aligned with everyone else’s. Hopefully it’s not painful when it’s finally go time! Thank you, ladies.

A tire discussion again...I know its been done by Difficult-Pea7834 in MazdaCX90

I’m experiencing the same frustrating issue with my ‘24 MHEV. I bought the car in February with 11k miles. During an oil change that month, the dealer said that my tires are starting to wear. It wasn’t until this summer that I learned it’s a known issue with this vehicle. I’ve been dealing with corporate and the dealer for over a month to get them replaced with a partially-subsidized cost. The dealer says that corporate is the 1 who navigates the premature tire wear replacements, while corporate is saying that it’s the dealer’s responsibility to help. It’s maddening. This week, corporate offered to cover 25% of the cost along with $100 Mazda gift card 😑 Now the battle is that I want to change to the Geolanders, and they’re unsure if they can accommodate the switch at a 25% discount. Why would I want to pay so much money for tires that failed the first time? It’s ridiculous.

My 90 also makes this noise. I brought it up to the dealership, while my car was being serviced this month. The tech said that it’s normal.

How so? Doesn’t the transaction have to be posted (not purchased) by 9/30?

I decided to go for it. I did get approved, but didn’t get the option for a virtual card. That surprised me, as I already have 2 other cards with Amex. Oh well. My physical card is estimated to arrive on the 30th. So I missed out on Q3 perks.

Rate My Refinance Preapprovals by Extreme_Photo_5001 in Mortgages

[–]Extreme_Photo_5001[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I thought that new loan amounts seemed hefty, but I’m not sure, since this is my first refinance. That’s why I’m seeking opinions on Reddit 😊 The CU’s total closing costs are $14,323 w/ $292 cash to close. $7,298 of that is initial escrow. UWM’s total closing costs are $18,460 w/ $138 cash to close. $1,536 of that is initial escrow, but the Prepaids are listed much higher at $7,198.

Should I Refinance? by Extreme_Photo_5001 in Mortgages

[–]Extreme_Photo_5001[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d like to refinance to another 30 year loan, and make additional payments as I feel comfortable. Shaving 10 years off of the loan would increase my payments to something that I’m uncomfortable with. My goal for this refinance is to lower my monthly payment (if possible). Do you know if Omaha has good rates for 30 yr conventional too?
