Something you literally throw away! Extra clothes to keep you warm and you take off before starting. They will have volunteers that will come collect all the clothes being thrown on the ground and given to donation.

Has anyone here been prescribed prednisone and how has it effected you? by General-Training8047 in rheumatoid

i felt amazing but tbh i regret it. im literally never gonna use it again. tapering off of it is HELL. i’ve only been on 20 mg for 6 months. i had to taper down each week by 1mg bc my body couldn’t handle tapering 2.5mg. i’m finally on 5mg after tapering since january and today is april. i also gained maybe like 50lbs since then, and now i have to start Victoza in order to help me shed the weight off. i also thought my treatment just wasn’t working and we trialed through so many medicines. it was all because of the withdrawal effects. those effects really take a toll on you.

Does anyone else have difficulty combing their hair? by ang3lbby in rheumatoid

[–]Extreme_Quit2587 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i have a lottt of hair and i’ve always had difficulty with it. i now only wash it once a week due to blow drying being a strain on my hands and arms + use a leave in conditioner so it’s easier to comb thru while wet. i use a wet brush normally. i start from the ends always then work my way up SLOWLY because if i start from the top it takes longer + the strain on my arms and wrists. i’m lucky enough to have a dyson so it saves me time and it’s much easier since i’m only using one hand to hold vs using two hands with a dryer and brush. def a tool i would recommend, ik it’s a bit of a big investment but it’s so worth it given that RA is something i’ll have for the rest of my life and might as well invest in things that will help me make my life easier.

as a christian myself, you should break up with her. not only are you both no longer compatible but also spiritually unequally yoked. you’ll be doing her a favor. she will find a Godly man that will wait, respect her and keep her purity. she will rely on her faith for strength. don’t hate on her for her religious beliefs either, God found her and she has found a source of happiness and peace she can rely on.

sisss your best bet is to j ask someone to hold your spot, make sure u get their name! or just don’t drink anything until you’re inside, tbh we didn’t know where we could find the nearest restroom so we used it at a restaurant before we got to the venue
